The apartment has a surface area of 95 square metres and a 20-square metre panoramic terrace from which you can admire the island of Capri, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area.
The main entrance is on the second level of the house (about 15 steps), opening into a large living space and fully equipped kitchen, and from this open space you can access the large panoramic terrace outside with a view of the island of Capri.
This terrace is equipped with an elegant, colourful table and chairs to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere and sea views. The living area has a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV.
The large kitchen has an oven and gas hob and everything needed for cooking.
There are 3 large bedrooms with double beds, or if necessary, single beds.
All rooms have a large wardrobe, are air-conditioned and have a window with a view of Capri.
The two bathrooms are bright, clean and have all the amenities.
In addition, you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a welcome kit consisting of (toilet paper, shampoo and bubble bath) in the apartment.
The apartment’s furnishings and accessories are mainly related to the Mediterranean tradition.
There is high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms.
The upper terrace/solarium, with a comfortable private pool, is located on the upper floor of the house and is the true jewel of the ‘Domus Capri’ holiday home.
The solarium is equipped with sun loungers, where you can spend long, relaxing afternoons sun-kissed overlooking the crystal-clear blue sea and enjoy a splendid sunset over the island of Capri.
At street level, before entering the stairs leading to the apartment, there is a small courtyard with a private garage where you can park your car.
